Welcome to Kneaded Home Bakery! I’m Rachel, a mother of three and passionate small-batch micro baker based in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Every item I create is made with high-quality ingredients right from my home kitchen, using traditional long-fermentation methods that make our breads and pastries easier to digest and more nourishing than conventional baked goods. Whether you’re looking for a naturally made treat or have mild gluten sensitivities, our offerings are crafted with care and intention.
We believe in the power of slow fermentation and quality ingredients. Our bi-weekly pre-orders through Hotplate make it easy to secure your favorite items, with convenient Monday and Friday pick-up times from 3pm-7pm. Beyond our regular offerings, we also offer monthly sourdough classes for those interested in learning the craft, and we provide local wholesaling opportunities for businesses looking to feature authentic, artisan sourdough products.
